1. Start with the mountain pose

Keep your spine straight in the mountain pose. Keep your legs and feet together, heels slightly apart and your palms facing forward, press all the four corners of the foot into the mat. Close your eyes and gradually bring the hands together at the center of the heart. Hold the position for a few seconds.

2. Mountain pose with chair pose flow

Keep your biceps alongside ears and sweep your arms to the sky and stand in the mountain pose. Now, on exhalation, gradually sweep the arms down and lower your hip by bending your knees. Stand like a chair position. Now, on inhalation, reach arms overhead pinkies towards each other. Return to start again. Do the complete procedure at least 10 to 1 times to lose your weight.

3. Lion pose

It is famous with the name Simhasana that is a great asana to do in the morning. If you are not able to do this yoga asana in the morning then in one condition you can do it in the evening when you keep your stomach empty for at least 4 to 5 hours. Sit down and then kneel on your yoga mat. Cross your ankles in a way that the left ankle crosses the right of the back ankle. Feet must be pointing out. Keep your palm on the knees and spread the palm and fingers. Firmly give a little pressure to your knees.
Inhale through your nose, keep your eyes wide open and exhale through the mouth. Make sure that the breath passes over the back of the throat.

4. Eagle pose

Garudasana or Eagle pose is a perfect pose for all those who want to have strong body muscles. This pose is used to enhance the circulation inside the body muscles. Stand in Tadasana, lift the left foot and cross it over the right foot and keep your knees bend. Keep the right foot firmly on the mat, the left thigh is over the right thigh and keeps your left foot toes pointing downwards. Stretch the finger on the upside direction and press the palms together. Take a couple of breaths while being in the posture. Release your arms gradually and feel relaxed. Do this at least 3 to 4 times a day.

5. Downward facing dog

Begin with all the fours, two hands, and two feet. Curl your toes into mat and push down into hands and toes. Pull your belly in and lift the hips to the sky as much as possible. Keep your legs and arms straight while facing downwards. Spread toes and lift the heels above. Press down through palms and draw your belly in towards the spine. Hold in this position for a few seconds and do the above Yoga posture at least 4 to 5 times.
